Delivery Valuation

Delivery pricing is based on our hours of operation: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm and location. Additional rates apply for early, after-hours, and larger-sized deliveries. Food, when delivered, will be ready to eat. Depending on the start time of your gathering, some foods are best served straight from the oven, and certain items may require additional heating. Warming instructions can be provided upon request.


Harvey's BBQ employs our own delivery drivers. The delivery fee and tip are 100% paid to our drivers. Harvey's BBQ delivers to Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Cutler Bay, Downtown/Key Biscayne, South Miami, Doral, Westchester, University Park, Kendall, and West Kendall/Hammocks.


Special Delivery Instructions

At the time of booking, please let us know if there are any obstacles such as security gates, steps, elevators, etc., that our delivery drivers may encounter while bringing your order. These obstacles may require additional time and/or delivery staff to ensure that your order arrives and is ready by the contracted time.


Please include any additional phone numbers and contact names for the delivery.


Catering Rental, Set-Up And Delivery

We will deliver and set up the entire buffet presentation ready for you and your guests to enjoy. The fee is variable based on distance/location and menu size and will be included in the quote.


  • Service is not included.
  • Setup includes delivering the prepared menu and catering presentation rental to your desired location. Arrival time is 1 to 2 hours before service.
  • Rental includes 6 ft tables, table linen, food warmers, serving bowls, serving utensils, and disposable tableware (plates, napkins, and cutlery).


A team member will return to breakdown, based on a scheduled time.
